1. Order Placement & Acceptance

All orders placed through the website are subject to stock availability and price confirmation.
We reserve the right to verify customer phone numbers and addresses via call or SMS prior to order dispatch.
If a product is out of stock or cannot be fulfilled, you will be notified promptly, and any advance payment will be fully refunded.

2. Pricing and Payment

All prices listed on Tafsir Mart are in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT ৳) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across Bangladesh as well as digital payment options where available.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice, but price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

3. Delivery & Inspection

Deliveries are carried out through verified third-party courier services.
Customers are encouraged to inspect the outer packaging in front of the delivery person upon receiving the parcel.

4. Order Cancellation

You may cancel an order free of charge before it has been dispatched from our warehouse by contacting customer support.
Once an order is handed over to the courier for delivery, cancellations may be subject to courier return delivery charges.
