1. Eligibility for Returns
You can request a return or replacement if:
- The product received is damaged, defective, or physically broken upon delivery.
- The wrong item, size, or color was delivered.
- The item is missing parts or accessories listed on the product page.
- The return request is made within 7 days of delivery.
2. Return Conditions
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags, barcodes, warranty cards, and manuals intact.
- We recommend taking a short unboxing video or photo when opening the package to expedite the return verification process.
3. How to Initiate a Return

4. Refund Process & Timelines
- Once the returned product arrives at our warehouse and is inspected, your refund will be processed immediately.
- Refunds are issued via bKash, Nagad, or Bank Transfer within 3 to 5 business days.
- If you prefer a product replacement, the new item will be dispatched free of delivery charges.
